I like the butcher section. They have the best meat but the supermarket really smells.

If you like Asian food, this is a good place to go. A LARGE warhouse which contains the supermarket, a food hall and a series of small booth style shops. Prices are good and the supermarket is quite comprehensive. The meat is very well cut and displayed. Worth a visit

Brought a bag of dates yesterday, my habit has always been putting them in a jar for storage and throw away the packaging (this time I cut packaging into small pieces as it was hard and bulky), only today I learn the dates were hard as rock, took photo of the packaging in the rubbish, person in charge refuse to exchange nor refund as I didn't have the original packaging. You only need the packaging if I change my mind in the purchase for resale purposes, not when your product is defective. Let me know I'm wrong here. Not recommended.

WOW This market has ALL of the Asian foods necessary to flavour, cook, snack & devour my way through another month or so. It's a 15-20min drive for me, but we'll worth it! :)

This store is very big and spacious, have all the products that other smaller shops sell. You can buy fresh vegetables and they also have a butchery dept. too. Very good store as you can get all you need there, l drop in today to buy a few cans of coconut cream and was happy to get some which was different brands from other supermarkets and the cream was thick and not watered down like some other brands which l bought, lately the coconut cream said on the can is like coconut milk not cream!

forgot to add this review. went to Lim Supermarket at Bursood last weekend to buy some asian snacks. mmm, at a glance, thought the fruits look cheaper (than my usual fav fruit world store) and bagged a few (apples, pears, plums etc). when my bf and i tried the fruits the next day, they were badly bruised. one plum had a rotten core. disgusting dishonest vendor. oh, and the prices at checkout is different from the ones displayed, so be very careful and check your receipt before you walk out. women at the 3 checkouts speak a type of asian language. not mandarin chinese/korean/japanese. language sounds very duckish.

You can find something cheap here, for instance, 3L Anchor milk is just $5.89 here, compared to most supermarket at $6.60. Size 6 eggs is rather cheap as well, 4.99 a tray, also sells vegetables and meats. Canned food or cooking use seasoning plus other stuffs, NOT all that cheap, compared to Tmark at highland park. Have to watch out, always check twice about your invoice. I bought Ginger at $6.99/kg. Also Banana at $2.49/kg, but the staff working at check-out counter was giving me banana at Ginger's unit price which is a rip-off. Lucky I always check my invoices so they refunded me the difference of $7.10 which is a lot if you're in a hurry and left. Have to watch out!!!!
