   Thank you to Columba (audiology) and Sarah Foulds her assistant for talking time explaining to me the importance of using the hearing aid and helping me download the app and calling me to check how am I doing. As Columba said, it helps reduce my tinitus and the dizzy sleps l occasionally have. Thank you very much for the great service. All the staff are very friendly and helpful from the start. To everyone that helped me with my eye test and my eyeglasses fitting and the initial hearing test, thank you very much. I can’t remember their manes but they are all very good. Keep up the great service and hope you all have a great Christmas.

   The staff here are the best. I took in my mum who is 75+ for an eye exam. To begin with, I misheard the time on the phone and reached late. They were kind enough to slot us in for a later appointment. Moving on, I dealt with 3 more staff including the optometrist and they were all very kind and gentle. Mum is old and struggles to follow instructions or to sit and adjust. They were very gentle and patient with her, helping her sit properly and made sure she was comfortable. That really made things easy for me and I am extremely grateful for this service. Thank you SpecSavers Botany.

   I visited the audiologist Columba Park at Botany as I have had poor hearing in one ear for some time. I had the test and was advised the an Advance Super would work well for me, I was shown the difference between with and with out the aid and it was huge. After using for several weeks it became natural to have the aid and I can at last hear my own voice on the phone and others in a loud environment. The aid is small and discrete and you can pick the colour to match the skin or hair. This was not an issue for me personally but is a good option. The phone app works well and has some simple settings to change the environment, volume and tone. It only took a week or so to get used to in fact I have to remove the aid to check it’s working as it’s so natural for me now. I would recommend trying the service out it has made a real difference to my hearing quality.

   This is my first time at Specsavers. The lovely lady who helped me is Hayley. She is amazing and absolutely helpful. In my 20 years of wearing glasses, I have never been served to such details. She explained in very detail what frames would best fit my face feature and literally looking around the store with me. And thanks to her I am able to choose frames that I loved and looks best on me. Would definitely go back there again.

   Great hearing aids. Top of the line $5600 compared to other major players coming in at $11500 and $9500, for exactly the same aids and exactly the same service agreement. My new hearings aids are a huge improvement over the ones I have worn for the last six years. They sound natural and the AI programme that shifts from music playing (I am a musician) to listening to speech is seamless. Their directionality is very marked in noisy situations, again a huge improvement over my last hearing aids. The service was personable, friendly professional and as good if not better than other audiologists I have used. Is it as good my hearing when I was younger, no, but my quality of life is of much higher quality with them than without them. And then there is the saving of at least $4000, no small sum.
