First time ive been to this place and I will never go back. I asked when I entered the salon if there was a long wait for a pedicure as they seemed busy, the person on the counter said no, no wait and basically shoved the eftpos machine under my nose to pay the $50 for a pedicure. So I paid and was directed to a chair and told to sit, I did so and was still sitting there 15 minutes later with my feet soaking in hot water. When someone did finally come to start I was getting agitated as I was on a time schedule. Anyway that lady was nice, as soon as she had finished cutting my nails she was ordered to go and do something with another customer, another lady came along and did the foot massage, then she was ordered to go and treat someone else, then a 3rd person came along to paint my toenails!!! She didnt seem to know what she was doing, then she did one coat and thought that was it, I told her I wanted two coats of polish as this is normal for a pedicure, she didnt understand so someone had to tell her to do another coat. Then she disappeared as well and left me sitting, YET AGAIN!! I had to ask when I was getting my topcoat. Someone else finally came along did that. So I was sitting again. Then after about 10 minutes of sitting the woman who had taken my money at the counter came along and basically ripped the toe separators from between my toes. She was the one bossing the lovely ladies around, she seemed like a proper bully, the ladies were all giving each other side glances, so I certainly got the bad vibes in the place. And then when I get home and check the pedicure with my glasses on, it was a mess!! I had to add two more coats of my own top coat to cover up the smudges, the worst pedicure experience I have ever had and the longest, I was in that chair for 1 hour and 45 minutes, just ridiculous, I will go back to Professional Nails in Botany, always a good experience there!! They couldn't fit me in thats the only reason I wasn't there in the first place

Didn’t do a very good job and when I asked to get them fixed the bank statement showed sylvia park eve thought I provided them with evidence saying i went to the botany one they would not help me. Went to another location and they were chocked by the nails and fixed them! Shout out sylvia park everlast! During my appointment the botany staff was helpful and kind good one staff!

I never felt so uncomfortable at a place. I came in and the asked me what I needed and explained that I wanted dipping powder . I did not have anything done on my nails the past years so I was super excited to get them done again. I see all customers walking out and paying when they walk out but for some reason the lady literally shoved the eftpos machine under my nose without even asking if it is okey to pay before (she said just said: pay ) . It was $60 dollars and there was no manicure done (also did not got asked if I wanted manicure done too). I asked for almond shape , see pictures that is definitely not almond shape. The whole time the lady did not say a word to me and almost at the end of my nails being done another worker started spraying a lot of some sort of air freshener right behind my seat. They started talking in their own language and laughing, I never felt so embarrassed and uncomfortable in my life. She never asked if I liked it and just said you are done. The nails are okey but definitely not worth 60 dollar. They are super thick and there are bubbles.

Really enjoyed my time today at the nails place, way better than Professional nails. It wasn’t crowded and the price was very reasonable. $30 for gel, $10 extra for design like French tip or chrome powder! Love the lighting of the nail salon, and the equipment I were sensitized properly

Amazing Nail Salon – Highly Recommend! I’ve been visiting this nail salon regularly for over a year now, and every time I leave feeling content and happy. The staff are always so friendly, and the owner is incredibly nice and welcoming. Their service is consistently excellent — I highly recommend them!

Thank you Sonny!! I am very pleased in the first picture you can see the growth after 6 weeks and nothing chipped off. Came back today to get another layover and colour French tip. Love the service and Sunny is really good very meticulous.

I was worried the place was going to be bad because of the reviews but I went in and got a natural looking sns dipping powder set and was happy with how it turned out. I got a very young and she was sweet to talk to and I am grateful for her work. She wasn’t at all rough and careless, she was very thorough. *** the first photo is what I wanted and the last two are what I got. They were out of the more neutral looking colour so I had to go more pinky but it looks great.

I don’t understand how these people are trained, I went in and showed them a picture of the set of nails I wanted to get which was black ombré. I knew a lot of people don’t like it so I called ahead to ask the price, they said it would be $85 which I cross checked with other stores, I knew they weren’t the best but last time I came the nails I got turned out fine so I thought I’d try it again. However, my acrylic set was so much shorter than I wanted because I had literally a second to tell how long I wanted before she started cutting the nails and then on top of that the are all crooked and shaped wrong as well. The ombré isn’t even good, it almost looks like a solid black blob on the top of the nail… They also nipped my cuticles with the drill and cut the sides of my fingers with the file - WHICH HAS NOW BECOME REALLY BADLY INFECTED- like I get it if they told me they weren’t willing to do them due to the difficulty but crooked nails, being charged more than what I was quoted and infected fingers was definitely not worth it. I didn’t even have time to get a refund because as soon as the lady finished the waved me out of my seat to sweep and vacuum (after me waiting and hour to be helped) I’m so upset ( my photos do not do it any justice it’s a lot worse irl)

I came in all the way from Albany (since I had received a manicure from them a year ago and really liked it) and was thoroughly disappointed. I paid $160 total for an SNS manicure and two pedicures and asked for a design on my nails (the pictures are what I wanted vs what I got) that looks like a 5 year old drew it, I was quite shocked when she just threw it on there and didn’t really seem to care what it looked like. The pedicures weren’t any better, my friend had nail polish all over her toes and when she asked them to fix it they barley removed it. Towards the end of the session I just wanted to get out because it was obvious they didn’t want to do a good job with the nails. I’ve requested a refund and won’t be coming back, which is really unfortunate since I had a really good experience with them in Jan
