Typical Pak’nSave with a great range of products and low prices. A nice bonus is the coffee shop by the checkout, something I haven’t seen at any other Pak’nSave in NZ.

Useless. When people click and collect it’s because they don’t have time. Main ingredient for all my dishes CREAM they could’ve swapped it but they didn’t. Christmas morning I’ve got no cream. Do better

Normally I would just say, "It's a Pak-n-Save", and leave it at that. This one however seems to irk me. Why? Well, Im glad you asked. Most chains of shops have similar layouts, its a comfortable feeling of familiarity, but not this one. The result...I felt lost and irritated that things weren't where they "should" be. The result, I doubt it shall frequent it and go to one nearby. A perfectly serviceable grocery store, but my experience was lacking. Sorry people.

Just your standard Pak 'n save with great prices, I find them to have the best selection especially when it comes to fresh fruit and veg, as well as meat. I'll deliberately make a detour to buy groceries here as they make the best scrolls in Auckland. Great store and staff too, I once forgot my phone in the store and when I went back, my phone was handed to the staff where I was able to collect it.

Pak’nSave Botany is one of those stores that gets the basics right without trying to impress you with anything fancy. It’s a solid choice if you’re looking to save money on a big grocery shop, and it generally feels a bit more organised than some of the other older Pak’nSave branches. The store is spacious and fairly tidy, with a good layout that makes it easy enough to find what you need. It still has that classic no-frills Pak’nSave vibe — everything’s pretty plain, and you won’t find any flashy displays or gourmet sections — but the aisles are wide, the lighting is decent, and there’s usually enough stock on the shelves. Pricing is what you’d expect — some of the best in the area. Weekly specials can really help stretch your budget, especially if you’re buying in bulk or stocking up on staples. The produce section is hit or miss. Some days the fruit and veg look fresh and well-stocked, other days it feels like you’re picking through what’s left. The meat section offers good value for money, though like most Pak’nSaves, it pays to check the packaging and use-by dates. The bakery is basic but reliable, with a decent range of breads, rolls, and sweet stuff. Staff are generally helpful if approached, but don’t expect anyone to come up to you first. It’s a bit of a DIY atmosphere, which is pretty standard across most Pak’nSaves. Checkout times vary depending on when you go — during the day it’s not too bad, but evenings and weekends can get a bit hectic. Self-checkouts are available, which helps speed things up if you’ve only got a small shop. Parking is actually one of the better features. The carpark is large and easy to access, and you usually won’t have to fight too hard for a spot. Being close to Botany Town Centre means it can get busy, but it’s still manageable. Just like other branches, one thing to watch for is the gap between what’s shown online and what’s actually in store. If you’re coming in for something specific you saw on their website, there’s always a chance it might not be available. All up, Pak’nSave Botany is a reliable spot if your main goal is to save money. It’s not a place to wander around and browse for fun, but if you know what you need and want to get in and out with your wallet intact, it does the job well.

This is my usual place to go grocery shopping. Plenty of car park and easy access. Bakery here is pretty good.

Reasonable prices compared to Countdown and New World. More bang for your buck! And coupon for discount on fuel! This is no frills shopping but the cleanliness and quality of meat, fish and veges is fine. Staff are helpfull and the shopping experience is very good. Variety of groceries is very satisfactory.

Fruit & vegetables were fresh and reasonably priced. I found everything on my list. A pleasant checkout experience with only a short wait despite the store being very busy

Went shopping today, the cashier's attitude was very bad. No greeting, no goodbye, no reply when I said thank you. and I do not know whether she was intentional or unintentional, she double weighed the nuts. I was surprised when I saw the nuts is around 250g since from my experience it should be around 120-150g. I thought her scale should be right so I said nothing and paid for it. When I arrived home, I weighed the macadamia… it was only 112g.. I was overcharged $8.00. It is not much money but due to the check out experience, I feel very uncomfortable and disappointed. Do not want to go to botany store any more.
