   One of the closest Asian shop in our hood and been coming here since 2013, noticed some decline in the quality of their fruits and veges for awhile now. Overcharged some Asian items where u can get them cheaper in New world. And some checkout staff who gives you the impression that they don't wanna be there doing and giving the services they been hired and paid for for that 2stars.

   Dear Manager I shopped today at Botany Garden & Orchard and was served by Wendy. First she gave me a wrong price for a loaf of bread $4.00 instead of $2.49 when I asked her as there no price tag displayed but luckly her manager corrected her. Then at the checkout she enterd the wrong code for the cucumber I bought and so overcharged me which I only realised back home...Please refer to my receipt attached. Maybe this cashier needs more training.

   Unless u r of Asian appearance do not shop here . So effing rude. They don’t even acknowledge you unless u are Asian . They throw ur fruit around roughly . Chuck ur receipt on the counter . Carry on their conversations as if u r an interruption . I’m not expecting a red carpet but Ling who served me is rude and quite nasty in how she treats customers who don’t speak her language . I was shocked at this and this will be my last time . So not ok .

   An Asian grocery store serving a fast growing Asian communities in Ormiston, a smaller store giving the convenience of larger Asian supermarket store with availability of all main Asian spices and groceries items. A very practical and quite convenient Asian fruit and vegetable store.

   Favourite place to buy veges and Asian sauces especially the sweet chilli sauce. Only other place to buy veges when paknsave and other supermarkets charge an arm and a leg for fruits and veges.
