Oh my the girl at the counter on Sun 9th of Feb before 7pm was bad. No smile, no acknowledgement, not a peep from her at all. You can feel her attitude. She doesnt want to be there and someone should put her out of her misery. Not even a bye or a thanks- the worst customer service Ive ever experienced and I shop at places where english is not even the first language. Bring on AI. Her generation wants living wage but whats the big deal when this is the customer service you get. When we buy stuff from your shop, we are also paying for these workers' wages! This is why we dont take on teenagers anymore.

I'm sorry but I have to agree with all the 1 star reviews for this four square I live around the corner from it I hate having to shop there so i avoid it all together but there's some case were its quicker to stop there every time I'm there im watched like I'm about to steal something and yes really rude, but to my wife there really nice! I'm a Maori man and my wife is pakēha in most places in and around Auckland this is the case sadly

- 1 star is too much for this rip off shop. - The fat lady on the counter is rude and doesn't have an idea about customer service. - Avoid this shop and hopefully we get a rid of them so we keep our lovely botany junction centre nice.
