First shopping after the management has changed. We bought veg Mayonaise when came home checked the date , it expired on 2/10/2025. I do not underdstand why are you selling expired food products.
$1.50 samosas are cheap but are always rotten. Complaining to the shopkeeper was of no use as they keep selling rotten ones anyway and claim that they are fresh. I stopped buying now. They also charge wrong price at the checkout counter for several items. I would prefer if they display the correct prices on the shelves. For eg., frozen paratha was marked $14.99 on the shelf but they charged $19 for that.
They charge more price at the counter than marked on the shelves. This happens all the time and they don’t update prices in the system. When you point it out, they act annoyed— as if you're in the wrong for expecting them charge the price that's displayed. Feels like they are doing it on a purpose. Please double check the prices at the checkout all the time.
Visited so many times staff were professional and friendly. I had returned product which was not suitable for consumption politely accepted and gave me credit on the bill payment. Shop is clean mostly all the products of Indian origin kept. Only suggestion to do something for sparrows in the shop . Thanks
Well, all things Indian can be availed from here as Iove coming here for pickles, chat, spices, Maggi, rotis, onions, tomatoes, mixed nuts and what not. Prices are always so competitive and with such a good range and a nice customer service that I will suggest this place to be a must visit on your list.
Great all in one Indian items stores. Extremely good choice for almost everything, from grains, daals, rice, spices, provisions, namkeen, ready to eat meals, ready to prepare mixes, pickles, biscuits, veges, milk, cheese, drinks, rotis & naans, sweatmeats, frozen items, all veg. items pl. note. Helpful & friendly staff. Spacious place, great central location, ample parking, nice shops nearby too, reasonable prices for most items, could do with well placed price labels pl. I have loved the very soothing music they normally play there. Gives the place a great positive vibe.
It is very stupid when a business like you charging surcharge for payWave. Upon asking a lady at the counter, she replied yea we need to speak to the bank in funny way. I know this one star not gonna stop your business but honestly saying, it’s not good at all.
Total greedy management system.. Pay nz1.00 for paywave..why No customer service no smile or greetings Better to open the own India grocery store..
Front staff girl needs to learn some customer service skills. she doesn’t know how to greet people and when i asked her if i could get the bag for the groceries, she handed over the whole bag roll to me and started service another customers and i had to put the whole groceries by myself.
This place is alright I mean we can buy the most essential things and some snacks etc. Although i noticed they don't have a much variety to select from so I guess they may have run out of stock or that's just the usual. Compared to Lotus supermarket and Top in town i think this place has so much potential to grow and expand. I must suggest to management that i understand things are lying around everywhere due to time and resource constraints but water dripping and wet floor covered with cardboard boxes is just crazy , you guys really got to do something about that. I was buying a wheat flour 5 kg pack on the other day and the area was so wet and mismanaged which was quite disappointing. Looking forward to a little more organized arrangements upon my next visit.
