   Fantastic service and workmanship. I'm SO happy to have found a proper jewellery workshop in my town. They are all REAL jewellers in there and you can see all of their tools and equipment. Their energy is so fun and welcoming too. Highly recommend!!! :) Edit: Just had another ring made and the experience was EXACTLY the same as it was a few years ago. These people are so sweet and fun. Loving my new ring! ❤️☘️

   I can't recommend this place enough! The team are absolute rays of sunshine and make the experience amazing. They truly care, know what they're talking about, are very skilled and have fantastic communication. They took such great care in resizing my engagement ring, and I felt completely at ease leaving it with them. They also crafted my fiancé's ring by melting down his parents' rings and adding extra gold to get it to size. We felt so supported throughout the whole process, and the end result was exactly what we wanted and the pricing is very fair! I had also brought my great grandmother's wedding band, which I have inherited, to find out if resizing is possible while also preserving the original engraving. They took great care in answering my questions and we ended up deciding not to resize for now. However, if I feel this needs to happen down the line, this is the only place I trust to do it! :) For designing jewelry, resizing, or repairs, Harwood Goldsmiths is the place to go! Especially for any sentimental pieces, or big milestones such as wedding bands or engagement rings. I also loved their wonderful decor, especially the named houseplants and a beautiful piece of raw quartz :)

   I have had excellent service from Harwood Goldsmiths since they opened in Pukekohe. They are a family run business and nothing is too much trouble. Penny Harwood and team are very creative in their design and manufacturing of jewellery which is beyond compare. They are not shoddy and cheap, if customers want something which will stand out then go and discuss it with Penny. They have CAD programmes so can show customers what the creation will look like and adjustments can be made to the customers' requirements

   To anyone who is looking for jewellers and don’t know where to start or who to contact - Contact this amazing team!! You won’t regret it. I contacted them after reading their google reviews and so glad I found them. Just amazing! Service, communication and everything you would hope for when making enquiries to a jeweller. Rebecca, Penny and Reo are the A team! The customer service is like the old school service you used to get everywhere which is now rare. You know, the helpful, informative and happy service. I got battery replacements for four watches and resized two rings. Watch and ring service was fast and if there was going to be a wait, they clearly communicate it. My rings came out looking better than they did in years - blinging and all! Amazing team - will definitely be a returning customer!

   Stunning 10 out of 10 stars! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my custom made rings that were created by such an incredibly talented, artistic goldsmith! Thank you! Penny, Ryo and Rebecca are a first class team of big city talent with small town service. I love the vibe in the shop especially when her dog, Beatrice, is hanging out keeping an eye on the friendly customers. I had three rings that were gifts back as a teenager. Penny used the diamonds and traded my yellow gold to keep my costs down. Her costs are absolutely reasonable anyway for CUSTOM created, hand made works of art! My new rings are muy elegante! (VERY ELEGANT!) Pura Vida!

   Absolutely brilliant to work with!! Penny was not only open to our somewhat usual proposal but excited and really took on this project with enthusiasm. The end products (5 rings) are outstanding.
