   First time shopping here, both click and collect and in-store, as just moved to the area. Staff were really helpful and immediately got assistance when asked with how to collect groceries. Two dedicated car parks close to Mall/NW entrance for click and collect. Store brightly lit, clean, well-stocked. Parking garage has 2 separate entrances/exits with plenty of parking available, handy indicator lights if spot is free or occupied. A friendly NW patron kindly returned my tablet that I absentmindedly left in my cart at the cart return; the store rang me immediately to let me know it was there and they were holding it for me.

   Wow, the Bakery team at New World Ormiston are the best. Have been loving their Kaiser rolls, always on point. But now you have outdone yourselves with Ube Rolls. I am from Hawaii, and I have missed these with my kai - So when I found them today, I bought 2 packsets. One packet I dumped into a tin of Coconut cream (sorry but I can't help myself). So your next challenge is to make Poi Doughnuts - or filled malasadas.

   I have been wanting to write a review for so long and now I finally remembered to do it! This grocery store is by far the best store I have ever shopped at! I love to shop here with my 3 children. The staff are the most compassionate, caring and friendliest people. They make shopping here so pleasant as I try to teach and train my children who are all small (under 4) so can be abit of a nightmare at times, but your kindness and love to my children are what bring me to your store every week. But every single one of the staff who work here make me feel so welcomed, comfortable that I don't want to shop anywhere else. Their store is always so clean and tidy the staff are so dedicated to their job and honestly I reckon you guys truly deserve an award for how well you represent every store in the whole of our country!    The service was lovely and the supermarket was neat and tidy. Prices were not that much different from anywhere else. What was great to see, was the fresh-food produce was "Fresh". The experience shopping at New World after so, many years was good and purchases bought, was money well spent (on a budget.)

   Dont know why your employees always feel like following us around and watching over our shoulder at the self check out to make sure we pay. Today the fat Indian lady at customer service desk wouldn't even let us use the self check out so we had to go to another line where the cashier was absolutely slow. We paid for our groceries (as always) but I'm so sick being treated like this when i know for a fact your employees are the broke ones. Hope you guys enjoyed cleaning my Boba today.

   The checkout staff are not helpful, if you need to use the checkouts to type in phone number for clubcard they act like it’s a task out of their hands. When asking about replacement club card the answer is “Just signup for another one”. Some training needs to be done…

   It has great variety of Asian sauce and goods; like a combination of Taiping and New World. The place is clean and smell fresh. The meat range is smaller compared to New World Botany or Countdown. It's also has few Chinese style bread, like Custard bun/ red bean, milk loaf. A wide range of wines .
