Avoid at All Costs! For weeks now, I've experienced consistently appalling service from Unichem Glendowie. Every week, I've had to chase up my repeat prescription, only to find they often don't even have my medication in stock. This is despite their full awareness that I require a weekly prescription for critical medication. Their incompetence is not just inconvenient, it significantly exacerbates my pre-existing anxiety. Last week's experience was the final straw. After calling the day before to confirm a pick up time having arranged expensive transport specially, I was subjected to a truly shocking interaction. The female pharmacist, instead of apologising for their constant failures, aggressively and in an authoritative manner insisted that I hadn't requested a specific pick up time. This was a blatant lie designed to mask her negligence. She then went on to claim I was "putting too much pressure on them," which is absolutely false. They know my prescription requirements, yet repeatedly fail to meet even the most basic standards of pharmacy practice. To further compound the appalling service, the pharmacist abruptly said "goodbye" and hung up on me while I was still speaking. This utter disregard for a patient's concerns speaks volumes about this pharmacy's professionalism and extremely poor customer service. I strongly urge anyone with mobility issues or fragile mental health to avoid this pharmacy completely. Their repeated incompetence, coupled with the dismissive and aggressive behaviour of their staff, is wholly unacceptable. Find a pharmacy that values its customers and respects their needs, this is certainly not the place.
Dricrimnated againt me because other customers apprently waste her time... Werid. I legit went to the other unichem and bought the product. Which is what I meant by I'm gonna buy this somewhere else. This is what happens when you snatch items out of your customers hands while they are trying to see what it is/ perhaps read online review. Especially when it's NOT the material / item they want. So before I spend money on something I wasn't specifically after, let me check what I can't use it for. I went to the GI one and got one from the same brand but different material / colour. To suit what I am doing better. Not only does she have personal iusses and holds grudges againt custmers she's never seen before. Other staff are just as bad and ignore you to avoid conflict. I'm assuming your either the owner or associated with the ownwr. Which is why you keep make unsustainble doicle decisions. Ps this unichem dosnt allow photophragy Instore but has no signs stating it nor do they say anything at untill the end of it. But no other Unichem has this "rule"

Such a fantastic pharmacy. Caring community pharmacy service the way pharmacies used to be back in the day. Joyce who works Mon- Fri is such a gem, (as are all the staff.), but she really goes above and beyond.
