Had my transplant on Monday. Dr Jack and the team are very professional and motivated to achieve the best outcome. Very easy to deal with and the process on the day was easy and very clear, as were the post procedure instructions. Looking forward to seeing the results
Super happy with the team and process. I was afraid of the pain, but it went smoothly and 0 pain. Thanks Dr Jack, nurses and assistants, everyone was fully dedicated. That was a fun day at the end (lot's of music, jokes and Netflix!!!). It's now day 3 after the operation, no swelling, no pain. Just waiting for my hair to grow!!! 100% recommending Gro!
I’m 1 year post op and super happy with the results. From the initial consult with Ben, to the operation day with Kai, and even till now, the team have all been fantastic. I’ve just been in for my 12month check in with Ben and it was great to look back at old photos of my hairline which has improved drastically. Since having the operation done, I’ve referred two family members who have also had great results. Highly recommend the team at Gro.
My experience from the very beginning to the end result with Gro clinic has simply been perfect. Ben was very helpful and thorough, Surgeon was fastidious with cleanliness and exacting results(IE placing of hair) Nurses and support staff were also amazing and very caring. Cannot fault end result, I feel younger and more energized. Really a great Company and have no regrets, I now have good head of hair :)
I have recently completed my procedure with gro and the service has been none other then exceptional. My initial consultation was with Ben however by the time my procedure took place Sula who recently has joined the team ensured I was well looked after. There were some minor hiccups in my schedule however Sula went above and beyond to accomodate for my timelines which I really appreciated. On the day of the surgery, I was made to feel very welcome by the whole team who introduced themselves and made me feel at ease. Dr Kai is a rock star , knows his stuff and does not fluff around and is from the beginning up front on the expectations . At the same time he was welcoming and took his time to ensure my hairline design was aligned with what I would want long term . The two day procedure went by as planned and the whole team at gro made the process really smooth . Lunch was arranged for me and the ladies at the reception were kind enough to offer my kids snacks while they waited to pick me up . The entire experience with Dr Kai and his team was great and I couldn’t recommend them higher, and I thoroughly believe that if you’re investing, consult this practice for the best advice and guidance.

Its day 4 after having the procedure in Auckland with the Melbourne team who had travelled over. Like I assume most people, I was very nervous going into this, but can't fault the experience, the team were very welcoming, and put me at ease straight away. Honestly thought it might be a long couple of days but they flew by, so really appreciate the team, especially Dr TJ, Dee and Bonnie for the effort there and making it go so smoothly. Just felt in very professional hands from start to finish. Very happy with everything so far, and would definitely recommend the team to anyone else thinking about it.
Can't thank Dr TJ Tann and the team enough for today's surgery! From the second I walked through the door they put my nerves at ease, and the whole procedure went smoothly. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family that are in the same boat as me with their hair loss. Looking forward to the next 12 months and seeing the results :)
Had treatment in May 2023 with the team from Melbourne who travelled to NZ - Dr TJ and nurses Bonnie and Dorothy - who treated me well and completed the surgery over the days. This entire team was fantastic to deal with, super chatty, great vibes and good banter and made the process as smooth as could be - Dr TJ also had a decent singing voice on him! I am day 5 into my recovery and can't complain, the after care has been great and the step by step guide easy to follow along with the additional direct contact I have had with the team - great service! Mark and Kelly from Australia also helped with the initial pre-op discussions and preparation. Thanks all, would recommend this team without a doubt.
