   I came to Triumph Physio for a lower back injury. Dino was knowledgeable and efficient with identifying the main cause and recommending treatment. I tried cupping and acupuncture for the first time here and it’s been great at providing relief and relaxing tight muscles. As someone who doesn’t love needles, I was hesitant to try acupuncture, but Songhee was friendly professional throughout and the overall process was almost painless! My mum who had some serious back pain also came here for treatment. She had tried a few avenues prior to coming. After visiting Dino, she’s finally almost all better and can finally be in much less pain. Thanks to the amazing team at Triumph Physio :)

   I cannot express enough how incredible this place has helped me. The care and expertise provided by my physiotherapist and acupuncturist were truly exceptional. During my physiotherapy sessions, my therapist helped me regain my mobility and strength after an injury. They carefully assessed my condition and provided lots of help needed. Their knowledge and skill were evident in the progress I made each week. Similarly, my acupuncturist provided me with gentle and effective treatments that helped to alleviate my pain and promote healing. Having acupuncture healed my injury a lot faster. Especially my shoulder injury, I felt comfortable after maybe 5-6 sessions and started back my weight training with ease. Thank you to Dino and his lovely team at Triumph Physio. I would highly recommend this place.

   Triumph is conveniently located and the prices are very reasonable. In particular Sally is the best physio I've ever visited, she's really friendly and is very thorough with her treatments. While some physios I've seen have just given me generic exercise print-outs and called it a day, Sally recommended specific exercises and worked through them with me to see which ones helped, and suggested equipment/techniques to optimize my recovery. Sally makes me feel heard and respected as a patient and I already recommend these guys to everyone I know.
