   I was referred here on ACC for the concussion clinic. My physio Hawabibi was absolutely wonderful to work with and made me feel understood with all of my concussion symptoms. She would always offer me space to ask questions and would answer them really well. Combined with appointments with my OT I felt I got enough support and education about how to recover from my concussion fully, which I did! Would highly recommend Proactive Ellerslie :)

   I've worked with two different physios at this clinic and they have both been fantastic. I've never had someone push ACC so hard for me and go out of their way to find me the best possible specialists. I really appreciate that they give me a programme to help me improve rather than just send me on my way after a treatment. The receptionist is also lovely and helpful.

   Was referred here by ACC for concussion rehab. They lost my referral for over a month, which I had to continue to chase in a concussed state. The poor initial evaluation I received here led to years worth of issues that could’ve been avoided had the appropriate assessments been undertaken at the time of injury.

   My partner was referred here for concussion recovery, they lost her referral multiple times causing a massive delay before she was seen, failed to get her any specialist support beyond a basic physio and OT (Who was nice to deal with to be fair) and then discharged her saying there was nothing more they could do when she asked if there were any more specialist services they could provide / refer her to (While they list many on their website). We have had to now organise another referral to a better concussion rehab provider after 6 months of wasted time and recovery. Do not detriment your health by going here.
