This was a birthday surprise for my son (the man who has everything), and what a surprise it was! Our family of 5 had the most amazing morning with Heli Me. Thank you so much Ema for helping me book and our awesome Pilot for the most fabulous experience. We would do it again in a heartbeat, so you might see us one more time.
I had the pleasure of taking the Private City and Volcanos Tour with Heli ME on March 4th, 2023, and it was an absolutely amazing experience! It was my first helicopter ride, and I couldn't have asked for a better introduction. Our pilot, Greg, was incredible—he wasn’t just a skilled pilot but also a passionate tour guide. He flew safely and professionally while providing insightful commentary about the sights we were flying over, making the experience educational and enjoyable. Greg’s friendliness and enthusiasm truly made the flight special, and we felt comfortable and safe throughout. The helicopter itself was impressive—an advanced, high-tech Airbus model that was pristine and felt luxurious. My aviation-enthusiast friend even noted how modern and well-maintained it was. From booking to the flight, everything went smoothly, and we felt the exclusivity Heli ME promises. I highly recommend Heli ME for anyone looking for a top-notch, memorable adventure in Auckland. I will definitely be back for more tours!
We decided to use Helicopter Me for our wedding exit. They were easy to communicate with, had great pricing and a most of all were safe and friendly. We loved the breathtaking ride back to Auckland from our venue!
The helicopter ride was the ultimate finale to our incredible family vacation! We soared over the harbor and city, marveling at the volcanic landscapes. Our awesome pilot guided us, pointing out all the cool sights. It was an unforgettable experience, making our holiday even more epic!
Very good service, the captain was very friendly to us and waited for around 10 mins to allow my photographer took some photos. The receptionists are also nice to help me rearrange the flight date and time. Very appreciated them help for my wedding trip from Auckland to waiheke :)

With Covid shutting NZ's travel options down, I was looking for a surprise for my wife and son. I chose Helicopter Me solely due to my email/phone interactions as I was impressed with their response and professionalism. I am so glad we did. Our pilot was great - super informative and made us realise, as Aucklanders we really didn't know as much about our own city as we should. The volcano/Harbour tour was visually stunning and I (we) would highly recommend it for a brilliant experience. Take a camera. Thanks for a great afternoon.
