   Been meaning to land this for a while. Feel like the entire thing was a waste of money. I went there specifically wanting fractional lazer, I had pretty decent skin, the saleswoman/owner told me that I should get VPL instead and a course of Needling. Needling was fine, but VPL I have had many times, and as I had quite clear, largely blemish free skin, I felt VPL wasn't as useful as lazer.... But, silly me trusted she would put client satisfaction ahead of sales.... Silly me. Early on, her own staff when performing the treatments questioned the need to get VPL themselves, I said, oh, that's what she recxomended... Her staff responded... "probaly because we don't have any nurses to operate the lazer atm".... And there you go... So I was sold a multi thousand dollar plan for something I didn't even need, just so she could sell me something... I wouldn't spend another cent with Caci, clearly profit over anything else. Then, they performed the VPL on such a low power setting that for 3 sessions I kept asking for something I could feel, it wasn't until the 4th session that I could even feel anything. So I had to use one of my Needling sessions to get another VPL jus so the entire VPL wasn't a absolute more of a waste of money than it already was. Save your money and go to a clinic where a nurse, rather than a saleswoman does your assessment.

   Aya is the absolute best! I have been with Caci for over 2 years now and I have been lucky enough to have Aya as my skin specialist who treats me with so much respect and kindness. The rest of the team are great too, always so welcoming! Couldn't recommend the Manukau Clinic enough.

   I’ve had an amazing experience at Caci Clinic Manukau! The team is incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I couldn’t recommend Kiran more — she’s absolutely fantastic and truly knows her stuff when it comes to skincare. I’ve even referred a friend who’s now also loving her experience. This is the place to go for all your skincare needs. Highly recommend!

   Started going here when I first started my skin journey and the girls were lovely. It was the kick start my skin needed. Had a membership for about 6 months with them and I’d go in once every 3-4 weeks. Skin improved a lot during this time.

   I had an appointment booked for 22/05 at 1.15pm at Manukau Caci, this was first ever appointment. I went their 10 mins early. While I was waiting to seen the staff did not show she was interested or she didn’t even come to ask me if I had an appointment or why I was waiting and for about good 10 mins I was the only person waiting their. I waiting until 1.35pm and simply walked out as they never attended to me. I can see that they have 5 star rating right now but i am not sure if this rating is even genuine or not as it was an opposite experience for me on that day. Also please review your cctv camera for the timings that I have provided (I was the girl in pink knitted top)

   BEST IN THE BUSINESS!! Lucie, Jo and Jacqui are the NICEST ladies always so accommodating and really look after their clients. I love my bi-weekly check in with Lucie she knows her stuff and she’s always a good laugh ❤️

   Murad is an awesome skincare range. Their laser hair removal isn't as sore as you'd think, more like a hot rubber band flicking on your skin. Light skin with dark hair works best. If you can't afford the whole payment, you can opt to pay it off through their MSL system, but will still need a deposit. I recommend waiting for their "2 for 1" special which runs several times throughout the year, save you some bucks. The ladies here are lovely, they don't work with men customers at the moment. Go in for a free consult, they'll give you all the info and advice you need. I always feel relaxed and lovely when I leave here
