    A good range of bulk healthy food items are available here making this a useful shopping. The shop is located just outside the Pukekohe ring road on Harris Street, and is easily accessible. Parking outside can be a bit tight. The store stocks a range of raw bakery ingredients, nuts and seeds, dried fruit, breakfast cereals, drinks and confectionery. Well worth a visit

    You need to know the prices at other places, coz whilst some things are cheaper, others work out a lot more expensive. They do have great supplies if you are a brewer, even of ginger beer ( alcoholic or non alcoholic)

    A great place to get a variety of specialist foods ie, keto, paleo, gluten free flour, sauces etc. Heaps of herbs, spices, teas, flours, bread making kits. They have beer making supplies, they have lots of stuff! Nice, friendly and helpful staff too.
