   We cannot speak highly enough of Pip & the teaching team at A1 school. Our son had the privilege of attending A1 school. In all honesty it felt like a leap of faith at the time and we were desperate for anything that would help our son who was behind and struggling in the school system. The results speak for themselves. Watching the progress and the success our son felt when he achieved new levels was heart warming. Not only was he part of the most wonderful & inclusive community he finally felt like he was achieving and he was! Now back full time at his pervious school he is thriving! We credit this to the support of Pip & her team.

   My son was at A1 for 2 years and had an incredible experience. Pip and her team are amazing and a credit to the teaching profession. The programme is life changing, unique and tailored to each child's requirements. I can't recommend this enough. My son is now thriving in main stream education. He is resilient, confident & capable, thanks to the team at A1.

   Exceptional opportunities provided by this school, for our Son. We have seen remarkable improvement in a short space of time from the Arrowsmith program & A1 School. Every school in New Zealand should have some of this learning development integrated into the schools program.

   Our son has been at A1 student for a little over a year. On the day he started he lacked confidence, self-esteem and motivation. His behavior was less than desirable at home causing much stress to all members of our family. His first words when I picked him up that first day were ‘I’ve had the best day ever mum’ and I’m not exaggerating when I say that he has said this nearly every day since. Within the first week or two he had learnt concepts that he had never been able to grasp before. A year on and we now have a son who will happily write, who loves to read but most importantly who is motivated to learn and who believes in himself. I’m also stoked to say the behavior issues are something of the past making our home a much more enjoyable place to be. The teachers are all wonderful. They are firm but so kind and nurturing. I can honestly say that I thank God often that we were fortunate enough to hear about this school.
