   I am prescribed a medication that is subject to strict controls around dispensing. Although I have a legit prescription, I find myself having to spend a lot of time justifying myself when I collect it each month. The staff seem to default to suspicion rather than empathy. Several times I have not been prescribed the full allocated monthly dosage. However I have given up challenging them on this as they treat me like some sort of dealer, rather than as a member of their community who is trying to manage a diagnosed health condition. So different to other Unichem pharmacies.

   My experience at Unichen Karaka Pharmacy has always been a absolute pleasure and i personally would not recommend them enough. Their attention to complex situations on-top of empathy and compassion really resonated with me.
