   This pharmacy is normally very fast with my prescription and I don't have issues but today I waited for almost 1 and a half hours to get my medicine! I checked to see if my prescription was done 3 times within that time frame. The second time i asked (this was about 30min in) one of the women came up to me while I was trying to see if one of the baskets had my name, she told me she would check I waited for almost half hour before I went up and asked the third time. The woman who served me the first time said she called out my name several times but I think she must have mispronounced the name because I didn't hear mine, I also mentioned that I spoke with the other woman and she said she would check it but I don't think she did. It would have been nice to get an apology for waiting so long, I hope this is the only bad review I give because I still like this pharmacy just disappointed with today.

   The older fijian indian lady at the front counter is extremely rude. Not on one occasion but twice on different days. Learn some customer service skills! 2 stars only based on the fact that the other staff member I dealt with was lovely.

   They deserve zero or negative ratings. One time they gave the wrong prescription means 500 mg instead of 1000 which I realised after two days as I realised colour and size is different and when contacted reported it and the admitted the mistake and I let them go second time I reminded to pick up my repeat prescription they said nothing is due after follow up I showed them and they were ok. Then again in the next prescription I followed them for repeat prescription I got the same answer nothing is due after that changed the pharmacy as they are very unprofessional Gud luck to them because of unprofessional staff

   This is a great Unichem pharmacy. Great customer service from staff. A lovely lady by the name of viranda served me when I went to collect my daughters medications, she was very friendly and service was quick. They have really cool stuff like kids toys , gift pampers and perfumes, great for gift ideas. Great location with lots of parking.
