   Continued to go back to this store over the years despite the diminishing standard of the service and the selection on offer. Recent trip was my last though... the person in the store clearly was not interested in serving me and showed that very clearly. A question about a wine was then met with " I don't know, I haven't tasted it". Why would I bother returning?

   Disgraceful Behavior. Do Not Support This Shop This shop is a disgrace to our community. The owner’s behavior is downright shocking and offensive, showing an appalling lack of respect for people. It’s clear this is not just a one-off incident but a reflection of the toxic attitude behind the counter. I wouldn’t recommend anyone spend a single dollar here. Businesses like this don’t deserve to operate in a community that values respect and inclusivity. There are far better places to support where customers are treated with dignity, not contempt. Avoid this place at all costs.

   Very helpful staff - I bought a couple of bottles as presents and they offered to send them out from the store to save me packing and posting. I guess they have much more experience sending bottles than I do. Great approach will definitely shop there again.

   Entered the store a little after my mum on a sunny saturday afternoon. That was about as pleasant as it was. Assistant was very standoffish had her hands on her hips and gave short passive aggressive answers. She gave better service to another woman who was tasting and never bought anything yet mum left the store with 3 bottles. Thankfully this store isnt a regular. If your looking for service with a wider range then go to fine wine co in mt wellington
