I had the chicken mince with flat noodles for $16.00. I asked for hot which is one level below the extra hot. Very good, spicy but not overpowering. Spice stuck to the noodles which was nice.
Food is really good. Highly recommend the dumplings in the chilli & pepper soup. Warning, food is a lot spicier here. Normally would go for a medium, but that ended up feeling like a hot/extra hot. If you like things hot but not to the point of sweating a lot, stick to the mild.
Probably one of the best spicy noodles I’ve ever had. Noodles were cooked to perfection, with just the right level of chewiness, the soup flavor was the perfect level of spiciness and taste (not like the ones tailored to local tastebuds). The beef were so tender with the right amount of fattiness which melts in your mouth. The dumplings were also really good. The minced pork was seasoned well and tastes amazing! I would definitely come back here again if I’m in Auckland. Highly recommended!
Had a lot of high expectations as it was so hyped on social media and through word of mouth.. but left slightly unsatisfied. The Dan Dan noodles were lacking in flavour and the mince was hard like biting into pebbles. The dumplings in spicy sauce was super good. Cucumber was nice as well. I would say the overall flavour here is more spicy and clean (less oily) compared to their competitor Eden noodles. However I still prefer Eden noodles as they are more flavourful. We got rice noodle and kumara noodle option, I recommend kumara noodles as it’s thick and chewy. Will definitely come back to try different dishes until we find one we love.
TianFu Noodles is definitely the place to go for a bowl of warm-your-heart-and-stomach spicy noodles. Go for at least Hot to get the bang. If you want bang bang spicy, then of course the Extra Hot. Hot is Hot. Be ready. Love this place.#3 Dan Dan and #4 Spicy Beef are the best of the bunch.
Noodles were very chewy and nice, very hearty bowl of dumpling soup too! Quite a great place to come to during rainy days if we feel like a chinese home cooked meal. Generous portions too.
This can’t be shaved noodles. How can shaved noodles have the same thickness and length? The spices is over powering the food. The chicken was microwaved, the meat was cold inside. The special offer reads so odd. It is actually their loyalty program, but 10 meals the next one on them. This is one time only restaurant, do not recommended.
