Very utilitarian, an efficient upstairs window with a few chairs. Not a very friendly setup but secure. Staff are friendly and I'm waiting for my sale to complete. Parking is very difficult.

Being new to the subject of gold and silver we wanted to deal in person. The team might be professional when it comes to the administration and it might be the place to go if you wanted your gold specifically minted in a certain way. I couldn't tell from personal experience as we felt the reception area so small, cramped dark and the whole setup so unwelcoming, shady looking, we took our business elsewhere. We specifically drove over 3 hours to Auckland to get there, only to be told we could not make a deal on the day and take it home the same day (we were prepared to buy stock they had) , because we would have to either bring cash or wait over night for the bank to clear the amount. Both not feasible for us, on a Friday.

Very rapid service turnaround at my decision to sell . Materials sighted, and inspected, and transaction finalised by mid afternoon.Excellent. Parking and traffic flow , well, that's a different story.....

I Am just totally over the moon with Morris and Watson. First off they were so great and accomodating especially moving between casting companies (it can be very nerve wracking when you have 90 moulds and there is only two choices in NZ!). The customer service is impeccable, i was worried about sending my moulds up from Wellington and Antonia even offered to pick them up when she was here next! Robyn in castings has been incredible and even catalogued all my moulds and took pics of the waxes, just going beyond to make working with them a dream! The castings are incredibly detailed, with a soft and silky texture that makes it a breeze to clean up. I’m honestly kicking myself for not moving here earlier, now I see why so many great jewellers use them! Thank you so much guys and I am looking forward to a long relationship with you! I also posted a pic here of some of the castings for comparison so you can judge them for yourself! (Theirs are the shiny ones!).

I went into Morris and Watson with some silver coins and had no idea of the value. I spent 30 minutes with them unpackaging each set with Adam and Sue and after almost leaving with these beautiful coins about to be melted down, Adam suggested I get a coin collector to look at them. It would have been easy for them to not mention it, make a small profit and move on but they didn’t. It shows a lot of integrity and I highly recommend M & W
