   We came to the store to get our brand new watch resized at 6:19 and they asked us to ocme tomorrow because they were closing at 7pm. I understand that last minute services can get difficult when the shop is clos8ng but this was 40mins before closing time. They only had 1 customer in store. This has been the worse customer service from a high end store where you drive all the way to Sylvia because they close later than their other stores only to be told to come tomorrow.

   Was a gift for my sons 21st First they stuffed up the after pay. Then they said he can bring it in to get strap sizes free. So he did- brought in the watch, in its gift box with warranty card , as well at the Stewart Dawson gift bag. Staff said nope, not a free resize without proof of purchase! So I had to give him The receipt ( so he knows the cost ) so they can perform this 5 minute no- cost-to-them procedure. Not good service

   Worst shopping experience ever!!! I recently purchased an expensive watch from this store and I found that the pins are faulty as the strap was not attached perfectly and it was making a popping noise when touching. When I took it back to the store the staff acknowledged that the strap and pins should not be fiddly like that and they sent it away to the manufacturer to get it repaired.After 3 weeks, the store contacted me and said the watch was back. When I picked it up, I noticed that the issue has not been resolved and I asked for a refund.But this time they won't agree that it's a fault and would not honor my right for a refund. Moreover the lady manager of the store is a very rude woman who treats customers like rubbish. I had to make multiple trips back and forth spending extra time and money plus the stress and still no resolution of the original issue..the whole shopping experience has been disastrous and stressful. I would recommend anyone to please stay away from this store. I would have given a rating below one star if that was an option..

   The manager is an incredibly rude woman. I was shopping for an engagement ring and actually liked one in this store the most, but I was so shaken by the abrupt and rude way she spoke to us that I physically couldn't bring myself to buy it. Her tone and manner 100% lost the store a sale. Her energy was actually aggressive and confrontational towards us. I was left very shaken. If you're shopping for jewellery in Sylvia Park give this store a miss. In comparison the people at Pascoes, Michael Hill and Walker & Hall were absolutely lovely!! And when I mentioned to the other stores how horrible she'd treated us, none of them were even a little surprised - they'd all heard it before. She shouldn't be working with customers with such lacking personal skills like this, and certainly shouldn't be managing.
