   The label price for Yellow Honeydew is $8.99 each. After making the payment, I noticed that the receipt charged $9.99 each, while the shelf label clearly showed $8.99. I have bought this product several times before and never checked the receipt, so I’m unsure whether this was an isolated mistake or a recurring issue. Although the owner refunded me $1 after I raised the issue, I want to remind other customers to always ask for a receipt and carefully check that the prices match. I also strongly hope the business will ensure that their system prices are consistent with the displayed labels. Otherwise, this kind of issue can easily damage customer trust and lead to the loss of more customers.

   Both shopping experiences were bad. The fruit wasn’t fresh, and the staff never smiled. Once, I saw a customer complaining — the staff heard it but didn’t try to solve the problem. Instead, they were muttering angrily. It’s hard to imagine that there are still shops like this in Auckland.

   After finding out my bag of green Kiwifruit were so overripe one had exploded, I went back not even five minutes later to get it exchanged. I was expecting a “yep no worries”. How naive was I. The staff were very not pleased, stating how they hadn’t sold it to me in that condition, and reluctantly let me exchange the bag. After lots of impatient communication issues & telling me they are all that ripe (they were not), the staff member yelled loudly in the store what I assume is an expletive. I left with a new bag but I regret even bothering. I should’ve just paid for another. I am an honest man and I don’t know what sort of person would purposely squish a $3 bag of Kiwifruit within 2 minutes of purchase but I was treated that way. I really love this store otherwise and they have a great selection with great prices but this experience left a sour taste in my mouth. I don’t know if I will be coming back

   My local go-to for fruit & veges and asian goods. Tidy shop with a butchers at the back. Saw a great deal a packet of meat for $2.99 this would be perfect for single servings.

   Service with a smile and genuine greeting always wins me over. Did a quick stop mainly for meat and the gentleman at the butchery certainly brightened my morning not only with quality meat but great service. The service at the checkout was just as good. Well done on setting high standards of service. Will continue to recommend you to family/friends.

   Don't expect sympathy from the employee. They don't even look at you face. Forget Good morning/afternoon, specially from the cashiers. Very very impoliteness. I would say, rude. And worst, the place is dirt.
