   BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. THEY'RE SCAMMERS!!! These guys are the worst. They just say lies. I had a booking for Queenstown and the driver never arrived, I called and they said that the reservation did not existed, and that I had one in Auckland one week later. The day in Auckland arrived, and the driver did not arrive once more... I called and the guy said that I had a reservation in Queenstown one week ago but the one in Auckland did not existed. Probably scammers!!! BEWARE!!!

   We had a pre-paid transfer booked with this company to take us to our hotel from Aukland Airport. The flight from London to Dubai was delayed and consequently we had to rush through the airport to pick up the Aukland flight. Fortunately for us the airline delayed the flight so that all transfer passengers could get on it. Because this flight was delayed, on arrival Aukland, the pilot found the stand occupied and we had to remain seated in the aircraft on the apron until this cleared We were eventually let off the plane and we proceeded through passport control and customs as quickly as we could. On getting to the arrivals lounge we could not locate our driver so telephoned the company. We were told our driver had been and gone and it was totally our fault for not informing the company of the delay, and to go outside and pay for a normal taxi off the rank. We explained what happened and were told that as we had not contacted the company we would have to make our own way as your driver had been let go due to the delay and no contact from us. My wife said she would complain to iglu our cruise supplier and your employee said we could complain as much as we wanted as they “had the data” on our anrrival and nothing was going to happen. My wife was very upset over the aggressiveness of your employee and the lack of empathy or support shown - not a very nice start to our experience of New Zealand as we were then out of pocket to the sum of 98 dollars.
