Good little grocery shop and butcher. Love the little trolleys. Has all the Fiji stuff but NZ inflated prices. One of the best takeaway shops. Tasty food. Fish & Chips is what I go for usually but wish this could be made how it was done couple years ago.

I recently bought goat meat from your store. After cooking it, I noticed a significant inconsistency—some pieces were tender, while others were extremely tough and hard to chew. I called to speak with the manager, who explained that the meat is cut from multiple goats and mixed together before being sold. I suggested a better approach: cut and sell meat from one goat at a time. Once that batch is finished, then place meat from the next goat on display. This would ensure consistency in texture and quality, and help customers know what they’re getting. Unfortunately, the manager didn’t seem very knowledgeable about proper meat handling or customer expectations. I hope this feedback helps improve your service and product quality.
Would give zero stars if there was an option, very poor customer service, upon ringing and asking for a specific product she said it was in stock but when we went in person to get that product she denied answering the call and then claimed the product was not in stock too, after she showed attitude and took off from there. Next time please when a customer calls to ask for a specific product double check that you have that and then tell your customers, don't give false information and then claim you never answered the phone.

quite number of times where I have been ripped off buying one item and paying twice and also asked for the receipt the lady at the counter replied to me that the eftpos machine is not working I was ripped off badly.what is use of running bussimess when you are not honest.

Good place to shop very clean Good price from grocery to meat very fresh meat another shop we go. we can smell meat in getfresh no smell of meat i like going to do my shopping best price get everything at one place
Nice supermarket. Congested parking along with the inside. Vegetables price is to expensive compared that to DH Supermarket. Also need to keep an eye on products as some of them are expired. Butcher Area, staff needs to be further educated on hygiene, on time a staff picked up rubbish wearing gloves and straight away served a customer. Not safe. Pricing unclear. Front counter needs improvement.
