   Never again ! Were recommended as a 'cheaper' alternative than bespoke design - the route I will take if I ever do this again. Incomplete and incorrect delivery - weeks after projected date. Exceptionally poor design plans for installing builder to read which resulted in errors. Communication with designing Bunnings team poor, confusion in design and planning, incorrect bench length ordered. Kitchen feels poorly designed, and am so over dealing with the process any joy in a very expensive purchase has long since become an illusion. Don't do it ! Wish I had read reviews pre engaging.

   Worst Customer Care experience unfortunately. Ordered a budget kitchen after great consultation at the @Mount Maunganui Bunnings branch. Told it was a 5-10 day lead time. Was super happy with the experience. Unsure if it was Bunnings or Kaboodle but 2 months later after constant communications from ourselves, false promises of returned calls and finally having to physically visit the store for the 4th time, did we resolve the issues and receive the final parts of the order. Even then, the order arrived without any forewarning and it was pure luck that we were home to receive it. What started so well was a waste of time and negated the financial savings. Wish it had been better but until they sort out their comms, I would not recommend. Disappointed as quality is as expected and price point was good.

   Poor service!! Have been trying for 2 months to get someone to price product for us with a kitchen that we wanted completed a month ago already. Numerous phone calls and e-mails later still nothing. Good luck trying to get anyone to help you here.

   Really disappointed with the terrible quality of the kaboodle 600mm white wall steel frame shelf. The photos reflect the finished assembly, with all the screws lined up and tightened. I did try 6 different configurations of the identical steel rails. Shocking and horrendous manufacturing. Don’t take the bait!

   This is the way to do it!! Whether you are doing your own design or using a Bunnings kitchen consultant as we did, there is a fabulous kitchen just waiting at kaboodle for you! There are a huge amount of styles of colours of everything you can think of to tailor your perfect kitchen. We are just having the finishing touches put on our lovely, practical new kitchen and could not be happier! My husband assembled all our cabinetry to save the tradies some time and had no issues at all. A Kaboodle kitchen is heartily recommended!!

   Great quality providing you use the metal sided drawer system. For the people who complained about delays etc. Get over yourselves. Have you forgotten there's been a pandemic that were all dealing with. I thought the service was awesome. Friendly and efficient. Thankyou Bunnings

   Do not use Kaboodle!! Shocking service, unacceptable delays with delivery took full payment in January then today only half the order arrived today. To make it even worse half the order we did receive is the wrong colour!!!! Correct label on packaging but wrong colour on the inside. What a shambles, terrible experience, overpriced. DONT USE LOOK ELSEWHERE To make it even worse they are now arguing with us over the mix up saying it is Bunnings issue for not advising Kaboodle that they got the order wrong within seven days … not sure how that is our issue as the customer!! Whatever happened to customer service?

   So far, I am disappointed in Kaboodle's performance. The delays in our order have not been dealt with in a manner that is responsible. Kaboodle has never reached out to clarify changes to the delivery of the order, or even followed up after promising to do so.

   Kaboodle Kitchens has been the worst experience renovating a house that I have ever had. I ordered a Kaboodle kitchen 6-7 Months ago and I am still left with an incomplete kitchen. We chose the colour and style that we wanted for the drawer/door fronts and were told that it was ordered and would be ready in the next month. Once that month arrived we were told that the colour was not available and we have to choose a different colour. We chose a new colour and they gave a new deadline for arrival which they have pushed back and not met about 4 times now. It is now 7 months later and my drawer and cupboard fronts are still being delayed despite paying for them in full. Kaboodle won't offer any help or proper communication about the issue and Bunnings (who we bought the kitchen through) will not communicate properly with us either. So thanks Kaboodle, I still don't have the kitchen that I've paid for some 7 months later. Kaboodle is the cheap option for a reason obviously, won't be using them again.

   Do not use these guys. Terrible communication, told us it will be 4-6 weeks Multiple times and require you to pay in full up front. We’ve had nothing but a terrible experience. Little to no communication, have had to follow them up constantly, and after waiting and chasing up payment info so we could get underway, then waiting another month, last week was told our kitchen was in production and would be ready in 3-5 days, then got a call today saying production is delayed and they can’t give a timeframe. I understand delays but I don’t accept bad customer service.Meanwhile they continue to advertise EVERYWHERE! Do not use them as they won’t deliver on their promises. We have asked for our money back and will NEVER use again.
