   I am extremely disappointed and concerned by my recent experience at this store. I purchased a sealed packet of namkeen, which I later discovered had been tampered with—there was a hole at the bottom consistent with a rodent bite. Shockingly, this was only noticed after my 7-year-old niece and my wife had already begun eating from the packet and observed the contents falling through the bottom. Upon realizing the issue, I returned to the shop immediately to report the matter. Instead of showing concern or taking the situation seriously, a staff member dismissed my concern as a mere “cutter mark” and proceeded to laugh, which was both inappropriate and disrespectful. Since consuming the product, both my wife and niece have experienced symptoms of illness. This raises serious public health and food safety concerns. Selling food items that may have been contaminated by rodents is a violation of food safety regulations and can pose significant health risks. I strongly urge the relevant health authorities to investigate this matter. I also caution other customers to be vigilant when purchasing from this establishment. Basic hygiene and consumer safety standards must be upheld, and accountability is necessary when they are not.
