Won't use them ever! No after sale service. My car had 2 batteries and when my car didn't start I called these guys to change the battery. They only changed the auxiliary battery and didn't even check the main battery. Due to the faulty main battery my alternator broke down a few months later. I called Marshall but they didn't want to take any responsibility.
I came to the store early in the morning and Charlie was very accomodating and friendly. Very happy with him sorting out my warranty claim, explaining me all the technical details while testing the failed battery. The warranty replacement process was completed seamlessly. Highly recommend Marshall battery ( specially the Papatoetoe Store), and having a wonderful service close by is a big bonus. Thanks so much Charlie for a the very friendly yet very professional assistance.
