The shelves are well-stocked with everything from fresh herbs and vegetables to frozen seafood, dried noodles, curry pastes, sauces, rice, snacks, and sweets you won’t easily find in mainstream supermarkets. The prices are very reasonable, and the variety is impressive. It’s especially great for bulk buys or specialty items that are often unavailable elsewhere. There’s a high turnover of stock, so produce tends to be fresh and updated regularly. Parking is available right outside, though it can get a bit hectic during weekends or busy hours. That said, there are a few downsides worth mentioning. The store layout can feel a bit cramped, and aisles are narrow, which makes navigating with a trolley challenging when it’s busy. But the main issue is the customer service. Staff members are often hard to find if you need assistance, and when you do manage to get someone’s attention, there’s usually a language barrier that makes communication difficult. A number of staff have limited English, which can be frustrating if you’re trying to ask about specific products or get directions inside the store. Improving staff training and having more English-speaking employees on hand would make a big difference in the overall customer experience.    My friends V&V took us there, one of their favorites, for pick up of our dinner tonight. Great place for Asian food. We took away tofu, pork mince, chicken and rice dishes. Go for it, I say. And the portions are great for a family meal.

   Excellent service in the fisheries dept. Good quality fish and had them in special today. Followed all my instructions to clean the fish and cut the fish to size I wanted. Best service ever! Had another great service today 29 June 2018 in the Fisheries department. Bought a huge Moki fish and they cleand, cut and filleted it as I wanted.
