   One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Luther Jewellers treats customers with complete disregard — the staff was shockingly rude and dismissive when I asked simple, reasonable questions. There was zero effort to assist or even communicate respectfully. To make matters worse, their prices are extremely inflated compared to other reputable jewellers in the area. You're essentially paying a premium for poor treatment and subpar service. There’s no excuse for such arrogance in a customer-facing business. I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. Save your time and money — there are far better jewellers nearby who actually value their customers.

   Bought a bangle here over year ago, was given a cert that it is original 22 carat, took it to another shop to trade in was told this was not 22 carat as there was mixture is copper in between and not pure 916. Not genuine owners, cheating customers.

   The indian lady from this store was so rude. I decided not to get my order and just let them keep my money for free because the lady got angry when I wanted my order well-polished which I think it's every customer's right as it's OUR money we are paying for. The audacity. She even asked me to pay cash which sounded very dodgy. She was very arrogant and impolite. SONA SANSAAR is 100 times better in customer service. I highly recommend them. They're not dodgy and never try to rip people off like Luther.

   Paid money for gold bars on Thursday, to be picked up on Friday. Went to his shop on Saturday and he refused to honour the deal. He was not too willing to return the money. people like these are a disgrace to the community, very rude and selfish. will be complaining about him to the higher authorities. Please do not deal with this corrupt fellow.
