   I visited on last day They are not welcoming and just ignoring the customers, we will hesitate to buy the gold after dealing with the staff or owners in the jewelry. Not recommended to anyone and not following the standard of New Zealand customer service.

   Horrible customer service. They act like they were forced to work . Even the owner , if you ask something from him in reply you get a minimal and rude response .Never recommend anyone to go there.

   Very nice jewellery but after spending over $6600.00 being charged just over2% for using a credit card felt that we had been slightly ripped off! As we had been on several occasions previously buying gold jewellery and never charged before this seems an excessive add on.We will not be shopping there again for gold jewellery

   BEST JEWELLERY STORE. That’s all I have to say; 100% would recommend going there as they definitely provided a worthwhile gift for my mum ! Big props to the owners son Yash for helping make this process easier !

   We had a horrible experience. Owner and staff were very rude to us. When we asked them to show more designs of girlish earrings to which they said "are these designs not enough for you". I think when people buy gold they do want to choose because they are buying expensive jewellery by putting heavy money. It was apparent that they were not interested in entertaining us. We felt so bad because the customer service was not upto the standards of New Zealand. I would not suggest anyone to vist Krishna jewellers ever in their life. I would have given zero star rating if i had the option.

   I will go to every other jewellery store, but this one. Their service is beyond horrible. I got a promotion offer by calling in a radio. Which gave me a free gift from Krishna jewellers. I entered their shop and showed them the text message which confirmed my free gift offer. The lady seemed so unhappy and had commented “they still do these promotions” in the rudest manner. Not one person had a friendly smile, as one must do for customers. I received a sliver chain. Which broke in half days later. The environment of the store is really negative and judgemental. Worst customer service and products in this store. Highly recommend not to even enter this store by mistake.
