   I enrolled my daughter here when we moved in the area. This was the 3rd daycare she was enrolled in mainly due to my work and convenience. Took a while to find a daycare I can completely trust my daughter with due to her diary allergies and the fact that she doesn't settle well. We visited a few day cares around the area and none i felt was right for her, then a friend recommended we check out Galaxy, from the moment we set foot in the school to the process of enrolment, everything was so smooth and easy. The centre manager at the time was lovely and just sat and listen as I explained my concerns and what I want for my daughter. The place was clean and I loved how open and spacious it was. The teachers were friendly and I love how diverse and multi cultural galaxy is. My daughter settled right in and the communication was clear and they knew when to call me if my daughter would accidentally comes in contact with diary products. We will surely miss this centre and the lovely teachers and children. Thank you Galaxy Childcare - Mahia for the 3 wonderful years my daughter was there. She really enjoyed it and I felt comfortable to leave her in your care all these years :)

   My little one started when she was 7 months old. The teachers under 2, previous center manager and the cook really looked after her. We had to take her out as we have moved her closer to my workplace. In the last 1 month I have seen massive changes since owner has been on site which is impressive - a lot of focus on educational and development activities. My little one will definitely miss her teachers so thank you for looking after her when I was not there.

   Honestly lack of trust here. Got told two different things by manager and reception to them get justification. Confusing and would not trust any childcare that cannot just be transparent. Feeling like 1 person has lied then someone is trying to justify it. Would be super worried leaving my babies there.

   we planned to enrol our daughter at the otara centre. during transition period we were advised via text to not come in due to staffing conerns. when addressed there were multiple other answers and diverted text completley. they had staff and we were then told that we should have responded so we could organise a date for transition after the next 2 days. the facility had been rearranged and completley different to the week prior. turns out the ERO were doing inspections. lovely lovely place however lack of trust and transparency. sadly we chose not to enrol on this basis.
