   I am basing 5 stars on the end design/product, and the pricing - both were great, and I do hope this company succeeds. The team were always pleasant and professional to deal with. We had some significant delays with our project (took about 3 mths from deposit to completion) but we did appreciate the small discount as a result. After nearly a couple of months, the kitchen has operated flawlessly and seems to be durable to this point. We love the end result and the price was very competitive. We would use Kitchen Experts again but would seek a lot more clarity around timeframe and perhaps smaller upfront deposit.

   I used Kitchen Experts for one of my client’s kitchen projects and the experience was extremely disappointing. They are very quick to take your money, but when it comes to delivering, they are nowhere to be seen. Their customer service and aftercare is absolutely shocking. They are unreliable, repeatedly missing confirmed start dates, and it took over 10 days to attend to an urgent issue even though my client’s house was only 10 minutes from their warehouse. On site, their staff confided in me that they had not been paid for over a month, were being pushed to work 16+ hour days, including full weekends with hardly any breaks. This raises very serious concerns about how this company treats its workers and whether they are operating lawfully or meeting immigration and visa requirements. Attached are photos of the kitchen that was newly installed and already required urgent fixing. No professional company should deliver work of this standard. Kitchen Experts conduct themselves poorly, and I would not wish anyone else to go through what we experienced. Do not support them.

   I just got my kitchen finished last week done through this company, I am getting compliments from my friends for the beautiful work done by them, so I thought to drop a review for them. I must say that Himir is very understanding, and done all changes I asked in mid of the project. My kitchen got delayed by few days, I know bcz of changes I wanted and I am happy with the final result. Thank you Himir and kitchen Experts.

   Unfortunately the experience is very disappointing. No clear information was provided during the visit. Everything was supposed to be done by client like removing kitchen pre installed cabinets and slabs. This was not disclosed during the meeting.infirmed that they have plumbers and electricians but afterwards refused for all.very bad. Answer to the your response.. I did ask for full quote.. please check with the person who visited the site.. I never knew about half or full quote.. I asked from start to finish..
