   Customer service was excellent! Doreen was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the process, and Dan kindly took the time to chat with us. As we left, other team members warmly greeted us, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. Overall, a great experience — now we look forward to receiving the roofing materials!

   Worst experience with manukau store . Placed the order on 27 october 2022 and called them to follow up and got a reply the order is ready to be picked up but when went to pick up they are not able to locate the order this happened 4 times and every time same story. I have got the work order cancelled from client and also paid for four visits to the installers. But not even a single time the store staff says thats their fault they said its normal. Moreover they said if its a big trade account they would have treated this order differently I was shocked and thought that customer is customer but they only accomodate big customers .... I ask them how would they compensate but they totally denied.... Very much unprofessional and not honest and loyal to customers... Not recomended at all......
