Our company is based in Albany, and we have been using them for years. Their workmanship is always good, and they respond quickly to sort out any issues or repairs we require, from general plumbing to backflow certification. The employees on site are always friendly and offer advice to best fix the situation.
Not impressed! A plumber from this company came to quote a urgent job then disappeared. The plumber gave me an explanation while onsite and then his boss gave another. No quotation was provided. Both the plumber and the boss didn't respond to my repetitive calls and texts. Three weeks later they sent me a $280+ invoice for the visit that led nowhere, by then I had paid another plumber to investigate and fix the problem. Not recommend.
We have used CPS for about 20 years and they have always been absolutely reliable. This time it was a major - the house was built in 1989 and the horrible old Dux cold water piping was failing fast. Craig sorted out how to replace it all with the least mess and disruption and Zion did a really excellent job - every hole was drilled exactly where it needed to be, no mess, no fuss. Excellent measuring! Thanks to everyone, including the always helpful receptionists.
Craig was absolutely fantastic. Our roof was leaking as a result of some dodgy building work from other builders and Craig came and redid it to the correct standards. We now have a roof that is how it should be. Awesome service, awesome work. Highly recommend. Thanks Craig and team.

I am happy to recommend this company 100%. Having just bought a house on the North Shore they came out very quickly to re-plumb old copper pipes for a new refrigerator which needed a water line and he made a difficult job look easy. Then I had to call them out twice to repair old recessed toilet cisterns which wouldn't shut off, and had no visible taps to turn to stop the water. I have never experienced such wonderful, thorough and speedy customer service in almost 50 years of owning my own homes. Complete Plumbing Services gave me 5 Star service, and a special thank you to Aaron who educated me on where my water lines and shut off taps are located. Top Marks.
