   The weather was terrible Friday 27th ,(flooding all over Auckland), we went for dinner at mudbrick and kindly asked for a ph call once taki was there. Lady was very rude, saying no one ever awnsers their ph. We did get a ph call from private number at 10pm exactly the time our taki was ordered for , i awnsered but ph was silent. We went down just in case it was the taki driver ringing . After geting wet in the terible gail and rain and seeing no taki we ran back up to mudbrick and phoned the private number only to be yelled at by the same lady on my origanal call and told she had already tried calling me but i would not speak? And told he has been waiting for 5 minutes , she would not listen to the fact my wife and i were wet and already checked down stairs , I was told I'm wasting her time and to just getting the bloody taki .The time was now 10.05pm I deal with customers everyday and this is not how you do business. I will never use waicabs ever again , they are very rude and arrogant people , and put a lot of strain on an already terrible night having family and friends flooded out of their homes in Auckland. Oh on a positive mudbrick was a beautiful place.

   I could not be more thrilled by the excellent service I received from Waicabs; I pre-booked pick ups from vineyards around the island and Waicabs were courteous and on time for every pick up. They provided our party with excellent service and were patient throughout the booking process as I had to change the times around. I cannot speak highly enough of Waicabs: not only would I use them again, but I cannot sing their praises loudly enough.
