Simon did an excellent job cleaning puppy wee/ dog urine stains out of several carpeted rooms and a large rug. I enquired about getting a quote and he came the next day to do the clean. Very speedy service and he explained the process. I thought I would have to throw the rug out but it is a crisp-looking white now! Thank you
