   Extremely disappointing Not even close to “premium.” I had very high expectations based on the name, but Premium Clean delivered one of the worst cleaning services I’ve ever paid for. The job was poorly done, with very little care or attention to detail. Several obvious areas were missed entirely, while others were poorly cleaned and left looking unfinished. It honestly felt like the bare minimum was done just to tick a box. What made it worse was the complete lack of professionalism afterward. When issues were raised, communication was slow and unhelpful, and there was no real effort to take responsibility or fix the problems. For the price charged, this level of service is unacceptable. A company advertising itself as “premium” should be held to much higher standards than this. Overall, it was a frustrating experience and a waste of money. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere if you want a thorough, reliable, and professional clean . Premium Clean does not deliver.

   They did a great job. It was a move-out clean. Easy to book,, good follow up emails that confirmed price, the cleaning schedule and other useful info. The cleaners arrived and were very professional. And they phoned me after they finished. I would use them again.

   I was absolutely delighted with service provided by the cleaning agent Sandeep. From start to finish he demonstrated professionalism and courtesy. Sandeep called an hour before the appointment to advise of potential traffic delays which I appreciated. He arrived promptly at the revised time and got straight to wok. His approach was efficient, helpful and friendly with genuine empathy and courtesy throughout. The job was completed to a very high standard and his positive attitude made the experience even better. I would gladly use his services again and have already recommended the service to others. Really excellent service. Kim Valladares Auckland

   Had a great experience with the team. Came in for a deep clean of the bathroom which hadn’t been cleaned for years! A very good job done. Even did some extra / additional tasks and vaccines the house very well ! Very satisfied

   Absolutely hopeless. More like 0 stars. This company will continue to hound you every hour until they receive a payment. Cleaning is below average, our oven that we paid extra to be cleaned seemed to look cleaner before they touched it. Broke our oven door handle during clean. Took oven door off and was unable to put it back. Cleaners husband who was sitting outside came into to attempt repair only to make it worse. Now, refuses to take ownership or even respond to calls and messages. You will always be the number one caller when you call for whatever reason yet they always claim to be so busy. Claim staff have finished their shift or on break and will respond back but no one does. They are clueless and only after your money. Complete was of time and money!

   Given the plethora of negative reviews, feel the need to very clearly separate the business, from the cleaner. The business side of it is a disaster. Had *four* last minute rebookings, the last of which required me to call them back for details, since they never called back as promised with time, and day of arrival. On that call, was told that cleaner for Dunedin - and there is just one - had suddenly left, leaving them without anyone. I can appreciate this, but the inability or unwillingness to just be more professional in customer service is a real downside - and was nearly on the verge of writing them off, and complaining to authorities as a scam. That being said, the cleaner who ended up coming was absolutely wonderful. Did an amazing, thorough, methodical job, attending to all the areas I wanted particularly attention devoted to. Was really friendly, and left the place spotless. I can appreciate reviews for Premium Clean are from all across the country, so there's bound to be significant variance. Even in Dunedin, unsure if my cleaner will stick around with them. Despite the horrendously unprofessional interactions with Premium Clean, I have zero complaints about the actual cleaning, and only praise for the cleaner who ended up coming.

   Don’t book Premium clean! I am super disappointed by the oven cleaning service premium clean provides. I requested a bond clean (as we were leaving our rent property and moving overseas) and paid additional fee for oven cleaning. First, the cleaner came unprepared for cleaning an oven including lack of cleaning materials. After the inspection our landlord confirmed the oven will need additional cleaning and as per my understanding premium clean provides such cleaning if inspection is unsuccessful in 72h period after the cleaning. I called premium clean and explained the situation and after that sent an email with photos. What followed was quite unpleasant and stressful experience. I spoke with three people staff and all of them tried to convince me the oven is rusted although it is used for 2 years only. On top of that, my husband tried to clean the oven and successfully cleaned three walls (this could be seen on the photos and is proof it is not rust), however, the other two walls are harder to be cleaned and that’s why we needed professional cleaning in the first place. As we were leaving overseas on the next day and didn’t have the property keys anymore I requested refund for the oven cleaning only to be paid to me. The staff said they can’t refund me fully as the oven was cleaned (although according to the inspection it wasn’t clean). Just don’t book them! So unprofessional and very disappointing experience!

   Absolutely disgusting service! Only once did someone actually turn up on the scheduled day and time. The rest of the times and dates kept getting rescheduled on me and for times when I was at work and not home. I paid for 4 cleans and only received 3. Have tried getting a refund of overpayment for the past 3 months with no success. Keep getting fobbed off. I have provided evidence and this is still not enough. Phone calls not returned, emails not answered. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Stay well away!

   Terrible clean - actually by the look and smell of my apartment afterwards it hadn’t even been cleaned. $400 for a deep clean oven and fridge. Fridge was not cleaned - oven was not clean. Walls not done (apparently extra), ceiling not done (apparently extra) so I have no idea what I paid $400 for?! A wipe done of the bench maybe?!?! I cleaned the floors the next day as they looked dirty still and the bucket of water was brown … obviously hadn’t been touched. I had cobwebs in the corner of the bedroom and long black hair all around the apartment. Extremely disappointed. Will definitely not recommend Premium clean to anyone. I’m fact I will be telling people to avoid at all cost!! Do not use!!

   Worst cleaning experience I had! Asked for a moving out service with additional fee for balcony and oven. Cleaning was barely done and spots were missed and it was highly visible. I had to clean it myself after to make sure I had my full bond back!! Follow up with management was terrible and compensation was the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. Don't book with them, do it yourself it will cost you less money, stress and mental health!
