   What an absolute pleasure it was to deal with Megan and her lovely team. Got some good advice and probably purchased way too much (it happens when you move into a new home). One of the staff members also carried some of my bags to my car which I was really grateful for. Well done Newmarket staff - I will be back!

   I really had a good shopping experience here last year so I was looking forward to coming in today. Met Megan today who was initially warm and friendly as she greeted us when we came in. Since I thought I could just easily approach her, I did ask her a few questions. Surprisingly, her tone changed and she seemed to be annoyed that I came to ask for her help. My bad for not noticing the item that I was looking for, which was right at the table. If only I did notice it, I would have not approached her. Girls at the counter seem to be rude as well when I kindly asked if the item I purchased could be gift wrapped. It’s understandable that today was a busy day but their service felt like hurried and gave me an impression that I should be out of the door right away.

   Of all things French, especially Le Creuset. But my god, honestly I think Le Creuset should be notified of the awful service the employee provided. Took completely too long to wrap and checkout one customer, then when we had left a couple items on the counter for one minute she decided to put them back in the difficult to reach place, and finally as we were finishing up considering purchasing something we decided not to because she had attempted to again wrap a customers box but she failed many times taking so long we had to leave. You should absolutely still visit the store, but just be aware of the employee who has no concern for your shopping experience.

   We went to new market store browsing for something we might like, we are always a big fan for le cruset and very happy to see there’s a harry potter baking tray.When we ask for is there any available stock rather than display one, one staff confirmed there’s a new one, and the other one said no. These makes us feel really uncomfortable, seems like they only want to sell us the display one. We bought anyway and it took them a while to figure out how to pack it, apparently lack of training, and it didn’t pack properly of course. They just gave us a cold no when we are asking if there’s any alternative service since it’s the last display one. Overall it’s a unpleasant shopping experience and I really hope it will get improved.

   A beautiful store featuring high end cookware. I have several pieces and love visiting Le Creuset whenever I am in Auckland to see what is new. There is even a pet range available now! Service is a bit hit and miss ranging from over attentive to being completely dismissive.
