   I had such a wonderful experience at Majestic Cafe! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, definitely one of the best cafe in Auckland. All staff are very friendly and you are greeted as you arrive, making you feel welcome from the very first moment. Their coffee is great, and the selection of drinks and desserts is truly impressive. It’s the kind of place where you can relax, enjoy great service, and lose track of time in the best way. Definitely I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a special café experience.

   One of the best hot chocolates ever! Got the Belgian milk hot chocolate, and mom got a flat white. Hot chocolate had real chocolate, but wasn’t overly sweet which was great! Menu has a great variety of foods as well, and has high tea too. Relaxing and clean environment, friendly staff too! Perfect place for a nice coffee or to eat after a long day of shopping.

   I visited this place around 5pm and it was really spacious and cozy. I liked the overall interior as well. I had a lemon mousse cake, macarons, and black tea. The lemon mousse cake had the perfect texture that I love, and it wasn't too sweet, which made it suitable to enjoy with the black tea. I tried the purple macaron, and although I'm not sure, it tasted like passion fruit. Overall, it was great.

   I am only reviewing the high tea, I haven’t tried their menu yet. The savoury part was good, I don’t have much to say about it. Their iced tea was delicious and very refreshing. The sweet part though… The scones were awful, they didn’t even look like scones. It was very hard to cut into it, they seemed stale. Once I bit into it, it was chewy, very oily and did not have the texture of scone at all, it was like they microwaved it. On top of that, they forgot to give us the “freshly” whipped cream that I doubt was freshly whipped because it deflated so fast. Clotted cream would have been much better with scones. The little tart was way too sweet, I had one bite and even that was too much for me, I couldn’t finish it. The chocolate cake was okay, nothing amazing. The macarons had a good texture, I just wished they let us choose the flavour we wanted. It wasn’t in the high tea menu so we didn’t know this would be served. Same for the chocolates, I wish they gave us options because not everyone likes dark chocolate. The berries cake was STILL DEFROSTING. I cut into it and the center was rock hard, cold and icy. I didn’t even finish it because I was so done at this point. It was a very disappointing high tea for me and my friend, I left with a plate full of half eaten or barely bitten desserts. I would really not recommend if you’re big into desserts.
