I signed up for Term 3 English study in 2025 and was told that I was on the waiting list. At 2pm on July 11, I was too busy to see the WeChat notification, and a few hours later, my study opportunity was rudely and unfairly cancelled! After that, WeChat communication and explanation were ineffective, and I sent an email to the project manager to appeal, but there was no response!
