   I’ve been to this shop twice, and both experiences were disappointing. The first time, the staff member acted as if I was interrupting his day and spoke down to me. On my second visit, another staff member, possibly the owner, was even worse. Yes, they sell good roof racks, but so do plenty of other places. I chose to take my business elsewhere where I was treated with respect, and I’d recommend you do the same.

   Great bunch of staff who went out of their way to save me some $$ - had some existing racks that they altered and fitted to the new car. They could have just taken the easy option and sold me some new ones for at least twice the price (like another roof rack shop suggested) . Went to these guys a few years ago, and the recent visit made me realise I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Highly recommend

   Some might say "just a roof rack shop", but these guys are impressive! I've just had amazing support for a rack that they didn't even sell me. They had a foot kit in stock that several other Yakima vendors had to order in (from Australia). I expect to be a repeat customer.

   How awesome they are? They made impossible possible. Side roof rack was kind of "not willing to" and "non-profitttttable" but they willing to do this job.    I bought some Thule roof racks from here. Very fast and efficient, they installed them straight away. Try and talk to the young dudes in the shop as the older ones don’t take you seriously and give you weird looks. (I walked in and gave a classic kiwi head nod and the old dude just gave me a weird stare) otherwise it’s a great shop.
