   The Mode team have been amazing to me. I have been renting a car via them for over a year now. They have been really helpful and friendly and take care of any problems in a fast manner. Highly recommend that you hire from these guys if needing a vehicle for Uber Ola etc. Very fair pricing for the deal you get. I have decided after a year of hiring that I wanted to rent to own these guys helped me and even tracked down a car I wanted to buy.    I approached Mode Rideshare before complete lockdown in March. Sahil Sachadeva put me at ease immediately over the phone. In fact, he helped me in completing the formalities and answered many questions. He must have definitely followed up with both Uber and Ola to facilitate the process. Given the distance from my residence, in my opinion, Sahil went out of his way as picked me up and took me to his office - certainly a kind gesture. The transparency when it came to paperwork was commendable. Ensuring everything was sorted before I left the office is worth the mention. Sahil made sure all related apps were updated and functional too. Repeated and consistent support provided by him must be noted. When there was an issue with the car, a car swap was immediately organised. Reasonable rental prices, quality of cars are possible highlights of the Company. Customer care is great and I recommend prospective customers consider Mode Rideshare before making their final decision.
