We had a fantastic Gin Tasting experience today. Our group was greeted at the door and treated to an informative and interested tour of the distillery and facilities. The owners are clearly knowledgeable and passionate about their product. Their innovative flavour options are delightful and thoroughly impressive. The flavors and choices of Gin and Laquours on offer for us to taste were sublime. As a special Birthday group booking, of five ladies, who all love Gin, we were all in heaven. The guys created a great experience for us and should be very proud of their truly excellent products. I highly recommend this wonderful experience and the products on offer, which can be purchased on the Carbon Six website. Book ahead, as these guys are very busy creating and producing! The tasting experience was well worth the organization involved, but honestly I would now just buy anything on offer off their website. Thanks for a great afternoon Carbon Six!
We had such an awesome experience. Two couples sitting at the bar with expert distiller, Val, lots of humour and education on the distillery of gin, vodka, tequila, and rum. A tour of the distillery warehouse, and plenty of epic botanic‘s to enjoy. Thoroughly enjoyed our experience, and highly recommend! Five stars! ⭐️
Don't expect a fancy pants cellar door. Just a couple of dudes brewing some special tipples and happy to talk about it. While the gins were spectacular, I have to make a special mention of this spiced rum. Smooth like honey and an absolute delight to drink.

Might be ok but ring ahead. We travelled from Auckland CBD because google search showed it was open on Sunday between 11am to 10pm only to spend money on ferry and uber and find a locked door and an owner not even in Auckland. Nice one.
CarbonSix Distillery is a custom craft contract brewer of adult beverages from whiskey to vodka to gin and beyond! Tasting is always yum yum swillingly brilliant and open to the public most days business days. Give them a ring to make sure they’re open to welcome you and your party to do a bit of testing delight!
Dropped in on Sunday Sept 6th for Father's Day. Awesome tasting room, excellent selection and best of all a great host with a wealth of knowledge. Picked up 2 gins and will go back again for more! Eric
