I first went and saw John in 2015 when I needed braces for my top teeth. The entire process went very smoothly from the fitting and adjustment of the braces to their eventual removal in late 2016, where I was very happy with the results. John always made me feel at ease and appointments were easy to make. I went back this year for the replacement of the wire behind my top teeth and to get a new night retainer made and again I received excellent service. The appointments were easy to set up and move when required, the service was top class and I couldn't be happier with the quality of work done. With a new top wire sitting comfortably behind my teeth and a set of very high quality night retainers that fit perfectly I would definitely come back here for any future needs. John and the team are lovely and make the whole process seamless and comfortable.
We had the best experience with John at North Shore Orthodontics. It was a stressful undertaking, as nobody really wants braces but we were looked after so well from start to finish. John did an amazing job and we could not be happier with the result. Reception was incredible fitting us in for appointments. Could not recommend more highly.
My daughter’s teeth have come out incredibly neat and tidy when they were anything but before the braces and treatment. Doctor John is an amazing orthodontist who did a consistently great job with her teeth, and also taught her how to maintain her teeth in detail with clear instructions. I highly recommend.

My son was referred to John for his orthodontics as his case was complicated and he needed an expert to fix his teeth. John was very cautious and made several plans and discussed with us each option's pros and cons. Eventually, we chose the best plan with the help of John. We have been with John for nearly three years. My son's braces were removed last week. We are so happy to see the results; he becomes such a handsome young man with a brilliant smile. He definitely becomes more confident; every kid deserves a nice smile! John and Suzy are professional, patient and nice. I had very bad crowding teeth until I was nearly 50. But John and his team gave me the confidence to smile. I actually enjoyed the progress of my teeth looking better after every visit. His practice is small but very comfortable setting which is all we need for the frequent visits in two and half years. I highly recommend John and his team. Thanks :)
After fantastic results with our eldest daughters teeth it was a no brainer to take our younger daughter. Hers proved a little more difficult but John persisted until he (and we) were satisfied.
