   Rude customer service from indian lady who has a bad attitude and also the asian lady. Both are obnoxious and don’t know how to speak to customers in a polite manner. When asked for medication although i wasn’t aware they were both so rude and ignorant. Speak to your customers nicely. The indian lady is the worst never smiles always has this negative attitude. Bring back the old workers they were so delightful.

   15.7.23 I went there @ 12.50pm and the pharmacy still closed. The note said they operate from 9am to 1pm today but they didn't. I rang at 12.50pm no one has answered.

   Not happy with this Pharmacy at all. They have no compassion for customers that are suffering, and shrug their shoulders and shake their heads when questioned about why they are making an easy resolve difficult when a customer is suffering. Will no longer be taking my custom to their business.

   My advice is not to use this place for any of your photographic needs. I went in here to take my Passport pictures and attached here with are the 6 pictures they gave me. I immediatly realised that the pictures look darker but the sales girl explained that the pitucres were ok. I went to the immigration lawyers office and they immediatly rejected the photos owing to the color imbalance. I had to come back again to this pharmacy only to be iltreated by the two sales girls. They refused to accept their mistake and also refused to retake the photos. They tald me that I have to pay again to take pictures. I couldnt believe what I was hearing and felt helpless infront of other people and also the fact that I had to spend time and money again to take pictures. I went to another place close by and took my pictures and came back to show the difference between their photos and the ones I took from the other shop. But the sales girls refused to even look at the pictures and claimed that they are busy. Their behaviour proved one thing to me which is that these sales girls know that there is something wrong with the quality of their photos but they keep on doing it convieniently. I have posted both photos here for everyone to see. The one with 6 pictures are the ones taken at this pharmacy and the single picture is taken at a near by shop. This is against the law as per my understanding and I hope this review reaches the correct authorities as this is a fine example of customer rights violation.
