   Recently used FCM Travel to book flights for our group over two seperate bookings. One was well in advance whilst the second booking had a higher priority due to proximity of travel date. In both situations the service and attention paid by the consultant was exceptional and professional. Both groups were booked as requested and in a timely manner with due consideration given that we were advised that there was currently a delay due to the high level of demand. Our flights were from various locations and the options given to us by the consultant allowed us to save a substantial about of funding compared to booking online. We will use FCM in the future and would recommend them to anyone. Again, Thank you for the exceptional service.

   Awful travel agency. I was forced to use them by Waikato University for travel in late 2024---they must have some hold over the university management, or management failed to read the reviews. Slow to respond, no warning of things I needed to do, no handling of my passport number or frequent-flyer number, etc. I had to email them for details on more than one occasion. They tried to charge a higher rate because they had taken a week to get around to making the booking. Avoid these clowns.

   Definitely one of the worst travel companies we've ever dealt with, and we have since heard our concerns echoed by dozens of other fellow academics. After two days travel to return to Christchurch NZ, we discovered our agent (Donna) had booked my partner and I on two separate flights to Dunedin!!
