   I had a tour booked for around the 20th of February. The tour was cancelled the day of tour (we assumed since they never confirmed the trip) and was rescheduled to the 25th. We were unable to take the rescheduled tour, so we requested our refunds. My friend received her refund right away and I am still waiting! I have emailed and called and texted multiple times and no answer at all. His voicemail literally says to not leave a message because he won't check it so text him. Considering how much I paid and that it has been almost a month, I am beyond disappointed. Save yourself the headache of these people and book with someone else.

   Their advertised Cathedral Cove trip did not take us to Cathedral Cove. Totally their negligence as closure information published by multiple sources two days prior to our trip. 12 hrs trip gives you 0 min at Cathedral Cove and 30 min at Hot Water Beach. In their response to Bookme, they wrote they never had to refund customers.

   I recently took a tour with Mana Tours to Coromandel, Hot Water Beach, and Cathedral Cove, but unfortunately, the experience did not meet our expectations. Despite the Department of Conservation publishing a letter advising Cathedral Cove's closure to the public due to the risks of fallen rocks on February 9th the agency still took us there (Saturday 11th) and did not allow us to do the walk. As a result, we spent most of the trip cooped up in the vehicle, unable to explore the beautiful areas as promised. The time that we’ve spent in Hot water beach was also nothing. To make matters worse, the driver showed a complete lack of professionalism during the entire tour. He spent most of the trip eating and socializing with his friends, barely communicating with the passengers, and not giving us enough time to explore the stops and neither to eat properly. We paid a considerable amount for the tour, and it was disappointing to see such unprofessional behavior from the driver. This tour was a gift to my sister, and she was understandably disappointed with the experience. I have tried to contact the company to express my concerns, but they have not responded, which demonstrates their lack of concern for their customers. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Please choose a different tour company that values their customers and provides a professional and enjoyable experience.

   Get ready for a service where the manager doesnt pick up the call. In fact, the voice message itself says, I wont pick up the call, text me and I will reply when I feel like it. Confusing instructions for a tourist, for whom English is not the first language, to find the right spot to be picked up. And the driver never bothered to call the tourist before taking off. I mean that was just the "Cherry on the top". The complaint wasn't taken seriously. In fact, the manager (Marcio) said that the tourist didnt provide her phone details. This qualifies for another joke . So you are taking money without passenger details? The tourist had given three different numbers of her and her friends. No apologies given, but a threatening warning was sent to the tourist phone saying her not to comment here. Well done Mana. Great way to attract customers, with impoliteness . Looking forward to another great service in future.

   Highly recommended! You must definitely experience one of the activities offered by Mana! Tours were just great and staff were extremely helpful! Prices were quite fair too. When I come back to New Zealand, I will surely repeat the experience.

   The tours were really nice. The guide was excellent. I loved everything especially how pleasant and professional the team that took care of us was. I really would reccomend them for any hassle free and conveneint arrangement. A great way to enjoy Auckland. Definitely a must!
