This is one of if not the best pak n sav store ,great pricing parking is easy, staff are friendly and helpful My new choice despite mt albert pns being closer Hoping they start stocking kawkawa kombutcha by good buzz

No doubt this store is good, BUT whoever does the purchasing or ordering of products always seems to be years out of date with any new products, even of the same range. Example, I was suggesting for years before they would stock the sugar free v drinks (grey can). Now it seems to be the one that sells out first. It had been one of the most popular for years before pns GI even stocked it. Now same with Bluebird potato chips, the green onion flavour is always selling out first at other places but this store doesn't seem to know they exist! Either get the purchasers to do their job properly or go and visit other stores. And why have you stopped stocking Greggs herbs n spices, the quality is second to none. The Mrs Rogers spices are rubbish, inferior, stale and tasteless. They're all about the packaging so if you want packets of herbs that taste like dry dust, knock yourself out. People with taste will go elsewhere.

Plenty of parking and some good specials although sometimes they don't have in stock which is annoying. Large size self checkouts are great with high turnover. Find the constant shelf refilling and online order filling a pain to navigate through the store from time to time

Pak’nSave Glen Innes is a smaller branch compared to some of the others, but it still sticks to the classic Pak’nSave approach — low prices, straightforward layout, and no unnecessary frills. It’s the kind of place you go when you’re focused on saving money and getting the basics sorted without too much fuss. The store isn’t massive, but it’s laid out well enough to make shopping pretty efficient. Aisles are a bit narrower than in the bigger branches, so it can feel crowded during peak hours, especially in the evenings or on weekends. That said, it’s usually well-stocked, and they manage to fit in a decent range of products despite the smaller footprint. Prices are solid across the board. If you’re doing a big grocery shop or trying to keep things affordable week to week, this place delivers. The produce section is hit or miss — some days it’s fresh and fully stocked, other days it’s a bit picked over — but overall, it’s decent. The meat section is basic but does the job, and the bakery covers the essentials like sliced bread, rolls, and a few sweet options. Staff are usually around if you need help, though like most Pak’nSaves, you’re expected to do most things yourself. People tend to just get in, do their shopping, and get out — not much in the way of chit-chat. Checkout lines can build up quickly, but they usually move fast enough, and there are self-service options for smaller shops. Parking can be a bit of a hassle depending on when you go. The carpark isn’t huge, and it fills up quickly during busy times. If you can, going during off-peak hours makes for a much smoother experience. Like with most Pak’nSaves, don’t rely too heavily on what you see online — sometimes products or specials aren’t available in store, so go in with an open mind. Overall, Pak’nSave Glen Innes is a handy local spot if you’re in the area. It’s not the biggest or flashiest store, but it gets the job done and helps keep your grocery bill low. If you’re after value and can put up with a bit of crowding now and then, it’s a reliable option.

Flowers used to be good at GI paknsave but now they are overpriced and rotten. I brought 4 bunches and 2/3 were mouldy

Really good shop for weekly groceries. I drive a bit to get to them, but definitely worth it. Nice big spaces, which help when it gets busy.

I have been shopping in this Pak N Save for many years. Always well stock. Plenty of items to choose from. They done really well during last year and early this year COVID lock down. They are really strict with customers number through the shop. Very hygienic and tidy display. Plenty of parking. Good to stop at night with less customers.
